Depending on your residency and registration date, different OKX entities may be responsible for providing services. By using our API, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, including any future amendments. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately cease using the API services.
This Agreement supplements our Platform Terms, including Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, and other rules we publish. In case of conflict between this Agreement and other Platform Terms, this Agreement takes precedence.

- You fail to pay applicable fees within three days of notice

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles.

- Heard by a single arbitrator

- Final and binding on both parties
Miscellaneous Provisions
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
Waiver
Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign this Agreement without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations to third parties without your consent.
No Partnership
This Agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between the parties.
